I'm Kris Balestra, the proud owner of Plantscapes by Design. As an educator for 45 years nearing retirement, it became clear to me that my love for gardening had evolved from a hobby to a new business. Gardening has always been so important to me, and after helping family and friends with their landscape projects, I realized I have a knack for both the art and science of Landscape Design. I love working with customers who love their space and want to improve the function, aesthetics or safety with a solid design. ​
